Job summary

Nando’s Group in London is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy restaurant and deliver outstanding PERi-PERi service.

You’ll drive business performance, manage budgets and forecasts, build a high performing team, and own the customer journey from Eat-in to Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead busy operations and drive profitability.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

What you’ll bring to the Managers table

• Leading from the front: as the leader of the restaurant, you’ll set the direction, drive business performance and inspire your management team to deliver great results

Your experience

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams, managing busy operations, and taking ownership of commercial performance and profitability

• Hungry for growth: committed to continuous learning, developing your people, and finding new ways to drive your restaurant forward
