Job summary

Nando's is seeking an experienced General Manager (Patrão) in London to run a high-performing restaurant as a standalone business. You will shape strategy, own the P&L, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional PERi-PERi service.

Bring 3+ years of GM experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to balance budgets with guest satisfaction. A passion for growth and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a General Manager leading teams and owning commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, set direction, drive sales and profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecast labor and materials, and ensure compliance and safety standards.
