Job summary

Nando's Lewisham is seeking a General Manager who can lead with energy, set direction, and drive performance across Eat-in, Collection and Delivery. You’ll build a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

With 3+ years as a General Manager and a passion for hospitality, you’ll manage budgets, forecast labour, and grow sales. We offer strong perks, career development, and a supportive environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a General Manager in a busy restaurant or similar setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and deliver strong commercial results.
• Passion for delivering exceptional PERi-PERi guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, set direction and drive performance.
• Manage labour, forecast needs and balance budgets to optimise profitability.
• Oversee Eat-in, Collect and Delivery customer journeys to create memorable moments.
• Develop and coach team members to grow into future leaders.
• Drive sales and ensure outstanding guest service on every shift.

• Leading from the front : as the leader of the restaurant, you'll set the direction, drive business performance and inspire your management team to deliver great results

• Your experience : 3+ years' experience as a General Manager, leading teams, managing busy operations, and taking ownership of commercial performance and profitability
