Job summary

Nando's in Bethnal Green is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant like an owner. You’ll set the direction, drive sales, master the P&L, and ensure compliance and safety while inspiring your team to perform at their best.

You’ll follow a three‑month training plan, enjoy a comprehensive perks package with meals, discounts, development programmes and wellbeing support, and have opportunities to travel and grow with us.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as General Manager in hospitality
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive sales
• Strong leadership and team development skills

What you'll bring to the Managers table
