Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking a General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead restaurant performance, drive sales, and manage the P&L while inspiring a high-performing team. You’ll ensure compliance and safety standards and deliver an exceptional PERi‑PERi experience to every guest.

You will own strategy, budgets, forecasts and labour, with development opportunities and a strong bonus framework for top performers. Join a people-first, restaurant-focused culture designed to grow leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams, managing busy operations, and taking ownership of commercial performance and profitability.
• Ability to set direction, forecast and manage labour to deliver strong results.
• Focus on delivering a superior customer experience and growth across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Responsibilities

What you’ll bring to the Managers table

• Leading from the front: as the leader of the restaurant, you’ll set the direction, drive business performance and inspire your management team to deliver great results
