Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy restaurant, owning commercial performance, strategy and people development. You’ll drive sales, manage budgets and deliver the signature PERi-PERi service, motivating your team to excel on every shift.

With 3+ years in a GM role, you’ll coach staff, analyze performance data and ensure compliance while delivering an outstanding guest experience. This on-site role includes strong perks and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams and taking ownership of commercial performance and profitability.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and PERi-PERi experience to customers.
• Hungry for growth with commitment to continuous learning and developing people.
• Ability to spot talent, drive development and manage performance.
• Owning the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the restaurant, drive business performance and inspire the management team.
• Motivate and energize teams to deliver an Extra Hot customer experience every time.
• Balance budgets, forecast labour and manage costs to achieve strong results.
• Use data and insights to grow sales and profitability while keeping standards high.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team in partnership with Area Managers.

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams, managing busy operations, and taking ownership of commercial performance and profitability
