Job summary

Nando's Limited is recruiting a General Manager to run a high-performing restaurant in the UK. You will own the P&L, set strategic direction, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional PERi-PERi experiences for guests.

As a GM, you will balance budgets, forecast demand, and ensure safety and compliance, while delivering strong results and developing a culture of high performance among Nandocas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as General Manager leading teams and operations.
• Strong P&L ownership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations daily.
• Build and execute strategy to grow sales and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance across all shifts.
• Coach and develop the team to reach targets.
