Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager in Greater London who will run a restaurant like a business owner, setting the strategy and leading the team.

You will master the P&L, drive sales, maintain safety and compliance, and inspire your managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences on every shift. From day one you’ll follow a three-month training plan and enjoy perks, development programmes and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams and managing busy operations.
• Owns commercial performance and profitability.
