Nando's is seeking a General Manager who will lead the restaurant with energy and a customer‑first mindset. You will set direction, drive performance, and inspire the management team to deliver exceptional PERi-PERi dining experiences.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience as a General Manager or in a senior restaurant leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver great results.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting and labour management.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and develop the management team to deliver Excellent PERi-PERi service.
• Balance budgets and forecast with confidence to manage labour and profitability.

• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, collection, and delivery.

• Leading from the front : as the leader of the restaurant, you'll set the direction, drive business performance and inspire your management team to deliver great results
