Job summary

Nando's in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager (Patrão) to run a restaurant as a true business owner. You’ll own strategy, master the P&L, drive sales, and ensure safety and compliance while inspiring your team to perform at their best.

From day one you’ll follow a three‑month training plan, recruit and develop talent, and use data and guest feedback to grow profitability. You’ll lead Eat‑in, Collect and Delivery with an exceptional PERi‑PERi experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager leading teams and operations.
• Experience owning commercial performance and profitability.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecast and manage labour effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant direction, drive business performance and inspire your management team.
• Motivate and energize the team on every shift while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Own the customer journey across Eat‑in, Collect and Delivery to create memorable moments.
• Use data and performance trends to drive sales and profitability.
