Job summary

Nando's Limited in London is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant as a true business owner, shaping strategy, mastering the P&L, driving sales and maintaining safety standards while inspiring a high-performing team.

You'll bring 3+ years of GM experience, own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery, and benefit from Extra Hot perks, free PERi-PERi meals, the Nandoca discount and a path for growth.
