Position Summary: The General Manager will be instrumental in transforming the culture of our Distribution Centre, championing employee engagement, empowerment, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Logistics Director, this role requires an empathetic leader who prioritises people leadership and values the importance of a supportive workplace environment.
