The organisation supports clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewable technologies, and electrical services. Responsibilities
  • Carrying out day-to-day repairs
  • Fault finding
  • Completing annual servicing visits
  • Meeting first‑time fix targets
  • Maintaining high‑quality standards
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Attending jobs on time and notifying the contact centre or customer of any delays
Qualifications
  • Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence (with minimal penalty points)
  • Experience within social housing (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base
