Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the diary and day-to-day operations of allocated care centre(s).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and staff are trained in proper use.
• Prioritise safety for colleagues, Members and clients and implement procedures.
• Perform daily safe and legal checks to keep the home trading smoothly.
• Complete paperwork for care of the deceased (mortuary register, ashes register, identification).
• Manage stock holding and order coffins.
• Support colleagues' skills development and training with the Funeral Operations Lead.
• Monitor budget and scorecard performance to meet targets.
• Audit schedules to ensure full coverage and accurate pay.
