Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient approach to supporting families.
• Active listening to understand families' wishes.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the area.

Responsibilities

• Arrange funerals with attention to detail and cost transparency.
• Communicate arrangements clearly between family and Funeral Director.
• Handle administration with accuracy, sensitivity and care.
• Maintain a clean, secure and well-presented funeral home.
• Promote Funeral Services within the local community.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clergy and doctors.
• Comply with policies and procedures; DBS checks may apply.
