Fundraising & Operations Coordinator – £30–32K | Hybrid | Charity with Global Impact

Are you an organised self-starter with a passion for purpose-driven work? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international non-profit supporting children and families living in poverty in South Africa through a unique cradle-to-career model.

Start: ASAP

Hybrid: 1–2 days in a London office

Full-time with flexible hours after probation

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with both the UK Director and Global Head of Data, supporting donor communications, events, CRM updates, and income tracking. It’s a mix of admin and supporter communications—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and purpose.

You’ll help manage major donor relationships, support global fundraising campaigns, and play a key role in the UK Gala event.

Typical daily tasks include:

  • Drafting donor thank-you letters and preparing meeting notes for the Director
  • Updating Salesforce with donations and donor records
  • Coordinating logistics for supporter meetings and events
  • Reconciling donations with finance and preparing Gift Aid claims
  • Collaborating with teams in South Africa and the US
  • Planning and attending the annual Gala—managing RSVPs and table plans

No two days are the same, but your work will support a meaningful cause.

You’ll thrive if you:

  • Have 1–2 years’ experience in fundraising, operations, or charity admin
  • Are confident managing donor databases (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Communicate clearly in writing and face-to-face
  • Enjoy spreadsheets and organization tools
  • Are proactive, positive, and eager to contribute in a small team
