Fundraising & Operations Coordinator – £30–32K | Hybrid | Charity with Global Impact

Are you an organised self-starter with a passion for purpose-driven work? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international non-profit supporting children and families living in poverty in South Africa - through a unique cradle-to-career model.

Start: ASAP

Hybrid: 1–2 days in a London office

Full-time with flexible hours after probation

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with both the UK Director and Global Head of Data, supporting everything from donor communications to events, CRM updates and income tracking. It’s a mix of behind-the-scenes admin and front-facing supporter comms - perfect for someone who loves variety and purpose in their day-to-day.

You'll help power major donor relationships, support global fundraising campaigns, and play a key role in running the team’s biggest event of the year – the UK Gala.

What your day-to-day might look like:

  • Drafting donor thank-you letters and prepping meeting notes for the Director
  • Updating Salesforce with gifts and donor records
  • Coordinating logistics for supporter meetings or upcoming events
  • Reconciling donations with the finance team and preparing Gift Aid claims
  • Collaborating with global teammates across South Africa and the US
  • Helping to plan (and attend!) the annual Gala - managing RSVPs, table plans and more

No two days are quite the same, but you'll always know the work you’re doing is supporting something bigger.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 1–2 years’ experience in fundraising, operations, or charity admin
  • Are confident managing donor databases (Salesforce a big plus!)
  • Write and communicate clearly – both in emails and face-to-face
  • Love spreadsheets and to-do lists as much as impact and connection
  • Are proactive, positive and ready to get stuck in across a small team
