Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition & Operations Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and operational processes. In this fully remote role, you'll help drive candidate flow, support managers, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations across teams. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with ease, and enjoys working across multiple functions. This role will begin as part-time and transition into full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post job descriptions and manage listings across applicant tracking systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across teams and multiple time zones.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and progress in the CRM and talent pipeline.
  • Communicate with candidates via email, video call, and WhatsApp.
  • Draft and send NDAs, offer letters, and contracts for clients and team members.
  • Support the internal team by escalating issues, drafting documentation, and managing workflows.
  • Coordinate client-side interviews and onboarding requirements.
  • Create and manage support tickets and internal deal flow as needed.
  • Keep all databases and records up to date with candidate and client activity.
  • Provide general administrative support to operations and recruitment functions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ Years of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, or a related admin role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or project management tools
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp for real-time communication.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Use discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Sufficient backup power supply for power outages
  • Good quality headset with a built-in microphone
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 1 pm (Eastern Standard Time)
