New Opportunity – Business Operations Team Leader | Remote | 6 Months FTC Secondment

Must have HE Background

I’m working with a well-established, mission-driven education provider currently seeking a Business Operations Team Leader to join their business operations department. This is a 6-month, full-time fixed-term contract with fully remote working and the opportunity to lead meaningful change and service improvements.

If you have a passion for operations, process improvement, and team collaboration – and you’re ready to step into a leadership role – this could be a great fit.

Role Highlights

As Business Operations Team Leader, you will:

  • Manage and maintain administrative processes and service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Use data insights and feedback to identify and mitigate risks to the student experience
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives alongside senior leaders
  • Lead change implementation within a fast-paced academic environment
  • Must have HE background

  • Strong background in operations or administrative management
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on customer service and outcomes
  • Must have background in working in HE

Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

The Offer
  • Salary: £30,627 per annum
  • Contract: 6-month fixed term (full time)
  • Location: Remote (2 in-person team days during the contract)
