Full-Time or Part Time Facilities Maintenance Technician at All Saints Catholic School (Richmond)

All Saints Catholic School is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment, buildings, and school grounds. This full-time or part time, 12 month position is effective immediately.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of local, state and federal laws related to the operations and maintenance of school facilities and knowledge of building management systems including HVAC and fire alarm controls.Experience designing and implementing preventative maintenance programs and working effectively with contractors in all phases of construction or remodeling projects.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with a Technical or Trade School Certificate preferred. Two to three years work experience in maintenance and repair including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical required.
