We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who’s ready to grow into an AI Solution Tech Lead within the next 6 months. You won’t just write code — you’ll work hands‑on with AI frameworks, agents, LLM tools, and bleeding‑edge technologies, building prototypes for client presales, solving complex technical challenges, and driving tasks to completion even when the brief is incomplete and deadlines are tight.

• Can quickly dive into new technologies and apply them hands‑on.
• Love experimenting with AI agents, prompt engineering, and the latest tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.).

• Communicate clearly with both the team and clients.

What you’ll do:

• Build full‑stack + AI prototypes (MVPs/PoCs) for clients under tight deadlines.
• Integrate LLMs and AI frameworks into real business use cases (chatbots, automation, search, data enrichment, etc.).
• Work hands‑on with vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and multimodal models.
• Solve complex technical challenges and find creative ways to turn abstract ideas into working solutions.
• Collaborate on solution architecture and contribute to technical decision‑making.
• Participate in presales, showcasing your prototypes and ideas to clients.
• Grow step‑by‑step into a Tech Lead role, taking ownership of AI‑driven projects and mentoring others.

What we expect:

• 4+ years of experience in full‑stack development (Python + React/Next.js).
• Practical experience or strong curiosity in AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, or similar).
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to learn fast and stay on top of new AI tools and trends (OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Ollama, Mistral, etc.).
• English: B2+.
