Job summary

MTrec Limited seeks an experienced Supply Chain Administrator on a 14-month maternity cover basis to join our client’s team. Start date is immediate and the role focuses on order processing, export documentation, lead time coordination and OTIF reporting.

You will handle quotes, verify stock, communicate with customers from multiple countries and maintain high administrative standards in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supply chain/logistics admin role preferred.
• Strong administration skills are essential.
• Highly organised and diligent.
• Excellent communication skills as the role involves speaking to customers from various countries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quote and lead time requests.
• Receive the order (verify export compliance documentation, RFI, specifications, stock availability, check lead times with production if no stock), create the order, and confirm receipt.
• Analyze the order portfolio for each ASC to communicate deadlines (weekly).
• Collaborate on lead times.
• Handle returns/issue credit notes in case of disputes/non-conformities.
• Complete OTIF report
