Job summary

Genus plc is seeking an organised administrator to join the Export Customer Services team on a 15-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will support global customers and distributors, coordinate international shipments, and prepare export documentation to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

You will work in a hybrid role from Nantwich, with two days in the office after training. Training is provided, and the role offers a fixed salary with the potential to extend beyond 12 months.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and ability to use order software or CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy when preparing export documentation and orders.
• Clear written communication with customers across countries.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for distributors and sales managers; resolve enquiries.
• Process semen orders, check stock, and enter data into Genus One ERP.
• Prepare export documentation and certifications; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and track shipments.
• Produce monthly stock reports for designated markets.
