Proactive Appointments in Nottingham is seeking a First Line Support Analyst for a permanent role. You will provide frontline IT support and assist colleagues with incidents, requests and basic IT tasks.

The role covers ticket management, user and device administration, setting up equipment, onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate records while coordinating day-to-day support activities. A Full UK Driving License and access to your own car are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven working experience in an IT support, service desk or technical operations role.
• Experience with ticket and incident management systems and third-party providers.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud tech, PC hardware and peripherals.
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID.
• Understanding of user access, onboarding and offboarding processes.
