Job summary

Proactive Appointments is looking for an IT Analyst (First Line Support) in Nottingham. The role is permanent and offers up to £31,000 per annum with excellent benefits. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car are required.

You will handle ticket and incident management, assist with user and device administration, set up equipment, and contribute to onboarding and offboarding while maintaining accurate records and coordinating day-to-day support activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk role.
• Familiarity with ticketing and third-party support providers.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud tech, PC hardware and peripherals.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID.
• Understanding onboarding/offboarding and secure working practices.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues across the business with IT services.
• Manage tickets and incidents; coordinate actions to resolution.
• Assist with user and device administration and equipment setup.
• Onboard and offboard staff; maintain accurate records.
