Premier Inn in Dartmouth is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during your shift, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure our guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need. You’ll lead shifts, briefings, coach staff and resolve guest queries while collaborating with the wider leadership team.

• Ability to manage multiple departments during a shift.

• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
