Job summary

Speedy Hire in Liverpool is seeking a Hire Controller to coordinate the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection. You will work closely with depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Role is desk-based with regular liaison to stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays. Requires strong organisation, communication skills and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Proactive in delivering customer service.
• Driving license required.
• Previous experience in hire industry or similar role.
• Ability to support ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
