The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, support shift management, and drive restaurant performance.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labour and rotas and is eager to learn about financial performance
• Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
