Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to drive performance, and support restaurant operations.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labour, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
