Job Description

  1. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  2. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure clean and functional guest rooms
  3. Handling guest complaints and resolving them in a professional manner
  4. Scheduling front desk staff for adequate coverage during peak hours
  5. Training new front desk employees on hotel policies and procedures
  6. Maintaining accurate records of room occupancy, guest charges, and billing information
  7. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  8. Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
  9. Managing cash and credit card transactions and balancing daily reports
  10. Enforcing hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  3. Familiarity with front office management software and basic Microsoft Office skills
  4. Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks and communications
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments
