Job description

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Supervisor will be required to assist, lead, and coordinate the Front Office Department, ensuring high-quality customer care and satisfaction at all times. They will take a proactive approach on behalf of the Front Office Manager to foster continuous improvement within the department, meet budgeted guidelines, and exceed guest expectations while supporting staff welfare.

A key responsibility for the Front Office Supervisor is to lead by example, supporting the team and being guest-facing and on the floor throughout shifts.

The desirable candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Receptionist, ideally in a hotel setting or similar.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems and software, e.g., Opera and MARSHA.
