Job description

Job Title: Remote Document Production Supervisor

International law firm at the forefront of legal innovation is seeking to hire a fully remote day shift Document Production Supervisor to provide accurate, professional, and efficient document production services to partners and fee earners in their London office.

• Fully Remote
• Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm

This full-time, fully remote, day shift role requires effective communication with the Evening Document Production Specialists for handover and collaboration. The role involves managing workload requirements to ensure deadlines are met.

1. Monitor all work through BigHand Now and ensure all tasks are added via fee earners
2. Collaborate with the Evening Document Production Specialist to manage absence, timekeeping, and resourcing levels
3. Transcribe, create, rebrand, format, and amend emails, correspondence, meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives, and mail merges
4. Produce and amend PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets, and graphs
5. Create marketing materials such as team sheets, seminar slides, and pitch documents
6. Ensure documents adhere to the firm’s branding and house style

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous document production experience within a law firm environment
• Supervisory experience in a document production role is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience using BigHand software
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
• Ability to format documents according to the firm’s house style
