A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PORTER AT OUR HOTEL

  • Greet all guests with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival.
  • Assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
  • Review daily arrival and departure lists to prepare for guest needs.
  • Offer local knowledge, recommendations, and directions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with reception and housekeeping teams for seamless operations.
  • Support the front desk during busy periods, helping with guest queries and requests.
  • Set up rooms for early arrivals and respond to special guest requirements.
  • Assist with booking taxis, storing luggage, and other concierge duties.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lobby and front entrance area.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

What We Need From You

  • A warm, friendly, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
