Job summary

Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager to help lead the reception team and drive service excellence within a busy hotel environment.

You will collaborate with the Front Office Manager, oversee check-in/check-out, handle guest enquiries, and support training and development of the team to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager roles.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager in daily reception and front office operations.
• Lead and supervise the front office team, ensuring guest service excellence.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and guest enquiries.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping on room readiness and allocations.
• Participate in training, coaching and staffing planning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements.
