Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is seeking a passionate Event Executive to join our Sales Team. You will guide clients through event options, design bespoke packages, and ensure flawless execution for memorable occasions.

The role focuses on building relationships, presenting proposals, coordinating with hotel departments, and upselling catering and accommodation to maximise revenue. A warm personality and strong planning skills are essential to deliver outstanding client

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat bookings.
• Act as primary contact for clients, sharing information about hotel facilities and services.
• Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while nurturing guest loyalty.
• Conduct personalised show rounds of the hotel for prospective clients.
• Create bespoke event packages tailored to meet client requirements.
• Prepare client quotations, proposals, contracts and banquet orders with accuracy.
• Upsell food & beverage, accommodation and additional services.
• Create information packs, brochures and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Support Sales & Marketing with essential administrative tasks.
