Job Description

This role is core and integral to leading business and planning sustainable growth activities across the EMEA region. The individual in this position will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and ensuring that the company’s growth objectives are met through a combination of innovative strategies and efficient operations.


The role requires daily communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Head of region, the General Manager of Strategy, front office colleagues that include the Heads of products, and General Managers of Front Office for each business line, and control & support colleagues. Effective communication and coordination with these individuals are essential to align the strategic initiatives with the overall business objectives and to ensure seamless execution of the growth plans.


In addition to strategic planning and operational oversight, the role also involves continuous monitoring and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics. This data-driven approach will help in making informed decisions and adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead in the dynamic market environment.
