Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in a relevant subject area or significant demonstrable experience in a customer facing organisation/visitor attraction setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and high-quality visitor experience at the FOH area.
• Promote and upsell the heritage and museum service offers across the site.
• Deliver a safe, efficient FOH experience with excellent customer care.
• Assist with social media engagement to increase footfall.
