Job summary

Rugby Borough Council is seeking casual front-of-house staff to welcome visitors to Rugby Art Gallery & Museum and the Visitor Centre. You will work across the gallery, museum and spaces, delivering warm, friendly customer service.

Shifts are short-notice, covering weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays with some hours not guaranteed. This role is ideal for reliable, proactive individuals who can adapt to varying hours and high visitor contact.

This casual post joins the existing pool at Rugby Art Gallery & Museum and the Visitor Centre, run by Rugby Borough Council, where staff are called in at short notice. The work is front-of-house welcome and customer service for visitors across the gallery, museum and visitor centre spaces.
