Job summary

Rugby Borough Council is seeking casual front-of-house staff to welcome visitors to Rugby Art Gallery & Museum and the Visitor Centre. You will work across the gallery, museum and spaces, delivering warm, friendly customer service.

Shifts are short-notice, covering weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays with some hours not guaranteed. This role is ideal for reliable, proactive individuals who can adapt to varying hours and high visitor contact.

Qualifications

• Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all visitors
• Work front of house across the Art Gallery, Museum and Visitor Centre spaces
