National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader in a rural setting. You will lead front-of-house service, supervise a team, and ensure a high standard of guest experience across our cafe sites.

You’ll coordinate inductions, trainings and daily tasks, maintaining accurate displays and safe food presentation while supporting the kitchen as needed. 22.5 hours per week, permanent contract, with a focus on excellent service.

Formación

• No previous experience required but a strong focus on delivering great service.
• Ability to lead, support and develop a team.
• Well-organised and adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Confident when dealing with a variety of situations including complaints.
• Willing to learn new skills and participate in training.

Responsabilidades

• Front-of-house role focusing on customer service and engagement.
• Supervise induction and training of colleagues to build a capable team.
• Oversee displays and signage, ensuring food presentation is appealing.
• Assist kitchen team with food preparation when needed.
• Provide day-to-day supervision to ensure consistent service quality.
