National Trust cafe in Reading is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and inspire a busy front-of-house team. You'll ensure great service to every visitor, manage displays and signs, and assist in food preparation when needed.

You'll lead induction and ongoing training, support colleagues' development, and participate in a friendly, inclusive workplace with mentoring and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience in busy service environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise, train and develop team members.
• Attention to detail for displays and signs, allergen awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations and sign displays.
• Supervise induction and training of colleagues.
