Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our Sudbury Hall café. This role operates on annualised hours, with 1170 hours per year and a salary paid in 12 equal installments, offering a busy, friendly environment and visitors' experience.

You'll lead front-of-house colleagues, supervise induction and training, handle customer queries, and help the kitchen team when needed, while maintaining high standards of allergen awareness and food safety.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required, but ability to lead and develop a team is key.
• Strong customer service mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisation and adaptability to varying shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure great service.
• Supervise induction and training of colleagues and maintain standards.
