About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your role involves coaching your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing team members to achieve high standards
• Managing shifts, planning staffing, and coaching on the go
• Understanding labor management and learning about financial performance
• Recognizing and celebrating team achievements
