About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join us on our journey to nourish from bowl to soul. You will be a growing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards

• Understanding and managing labour, rotas, and learning about financial performance
