As a junior front of house manager, you'll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel, owning your shifts to drive performance.

As a junior front of house manager, you'll lead with care, support your team, manage shifts, and understand restaurant performance metrics.
