About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team as a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and staff alike. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance, and ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop team members to achieve their best
• Manage shifts, including planning and ensuring proper coverage
• Recognize and celebrate excellent performance on shift
• Understand and manage labour and rotas
• Learn about and contribute to the financial performance of the restaurant

Ideal Candidate:
