About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join us on our journey to nourish from bowl to soul. As a growing leader, you'll care passionately about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You'll support coaching and developing your team, support shifts, and drive performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Running shifts, planning schedules, and coaching on the go
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
• Recognising and celebrating great performance
