About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join us on our journey to nourish from bowl to soul. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts, and driving performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to achieve high standards
• Manage shifts efficiently, ensuring proper staffing and coaching on the go
• Understand and manage labour, rotas, and learn about financial performance
• Recognize and celebrate great performance on shift
