• Current SIA licence — or willingness to obtain one with our support.

• Willingness to undergo DV clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across the site.
• Fulfil site requirements in line with SLA.
• Handle customer requests quickly and efficiently.
• Support site safety and security by following task instructions consistently.
• Monitor compliance with site rules, escalating issues when necessary.
• Undertake reception and admin duties, with the chance to develop expertise.
• Collaborate with and support other service lines when required.
