Job summary

Qualifications

• Security background with relevant training and certification.
• Mandatory understanding of access control and CCTV systems.
• MS Windows and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain first-class customer service relations with client staff and visitors.
• Supervise CCTV, access control and other protective systems; respond to activations and incidents.
• Maintain knowledge of site procedures and emergency protocols; assist with evacuations and first aid.
• Produce incident and alarm reports; log client and security team communications.
• Escort contractors and operatives as required; conduct loss prevention and patrols.
• Manage parking lists and access passes; provide on-site cover for receptionist duties.
